The room had one towel the size of a rug. The toilet paper roll was on its last sheets not enough for one sitting. There was no connection to TV.

They changed our room 4 times the 3rd room had holes in the ceiling and no door on the bathroom, I left to get something to eat and they moved someone into the second room, I was told that they were putting us in a better room from the initial room that we started in and it went downhill from there, not to mention they were trying to charge for early check in and we checked after 4 p.m. it was a terrible experience. There was nothing to like.

This is the worst place I have stayed at in my 57 years of life. First when I got there she' couldn't find my reservation and said I had to do another booking for more than my Expedia booking. She' then found it and gave me a room key. The hallways were full of trash and it was very noisy. I got to my room, which was at the end of the hall, and I was glad because I thought it might be less noisy there. This was at 8:00 at night. The door to the room was open already. I looked inside and there was bags of trash on the floor. I walked back outside to the front desk and explained the situation. She called someone and then gave me another room key. When I got to the room there was a man coming out and he said he just put pillows in the room and was going to get some towels. He came back and said they were running low on towels and gave me 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and a floor mat. The bathroom door would not close. The bathroom counter stuck out further than the space for the door making it impossible to close. The toilet leaked water on the floor. The people in the room next door were yelling and fighting for hours and I could smell marijauna

I didn't like how our first room had no lights no way to turn on the tv. Our second room they switched us to was even worse. The toilet was plugged the front door had no knob on it so we had to put a sock where the knob should've been. The heater didn't work and the plug for the tub was gone. Their was no towels no wash cloths and the connecting room to ours had a busted heater but worked. The light fixture on the ceiling had a cockroach up inside of it and the carpet smelled like animal urine. The shower kept filling up with water while trying to take a shower. The smoke alarm kept me up all night cause it was going off so much and it was so loud.The connecting door was broken so yu had to lift up on the door to shut it and open it cause their was also no door knob on it either and they had a playing card covering the hole where the doorknob should have been. The stairs were rusted and broken and scary to climb up. I am very upset with the service I received at this motel. The overnight worker made us wait for a half hour after we even got their to get us into our room. He made us wait another 10 to 20 minutes for a janitor to come and fix our first room and no one ever showed up. I will not be staying here ever again. Then we asked for help to fix our toilet and no one ever helped us. The service here was terrible and this is all very upsetting to me especially when I am just moving here and didn't really have the money for a motel room in the first place but we were tired and just wanted to get some sleep. I was scared all night wondering if their was going to be more cockroaches I would find later on or even bed bugs. They really need to improve the service and improve the room way better here before anyone else has to go through what me and my family had to go through. It was completely upsetting to me to the point of me crying.

Dirty pillow cases towels and sheets... broken lock on the door..I didn't even stay or try to get a refund I just left

Ended up not staying there but they charged me anyway.

Seedy and very dirty lobby. Parking lot had a lot of homeless people camped out.
