Blue Way Inn & Suites Wichita East

Photos on their page do not do justice. First off, the lobby smells like smoke. listing says non smoking. I looked past it. Made it to the room and the smell got worse. I can deal with the weed/cigar smell. Next odd thing was the tv about to fall off the wall, appearing to get hung at a 45 degree angle. Didn’t bother me, I’m here to sleep anyways. Inspected the bed and found blood and j¡zz stains. Fûck this. Pillows had blood on them, floor was sticky, shower falling apart, door lock ripped out of the frame. I made it to the hotel at 4 and had to check in and leave for my seminar so i never looked at the room. Arrived back around midnight. Nobody there to help, so i slept in my car. I expect a full refund from this embarrassing establishment.

That's they switched me rooms as soon as I told them I was disappointed in the first one cause it smelled like dog urine

It has no coffee maker the shower was horrible it leaked all over the place and there was 1 towel for 2 people the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed in awhile the first room I was in smelled like dog urine the second one window was broken and they used sheet rock to cover it it was an all around disappointing place.

Unsafe, old rooms, dirty. Hair all over the mattress. The room smelled like smoke.

Online information showed this property with 2 stars. It should have a "Zero Star" rating! It is very poorly maintianed and it appears that a good portion of it is not usable. The room I was given smelled. It was also missing a TV remote, trash can, toilet paper amoing other things. Online info says they have 24-hour staff on duty, but is not correct. Old furniture was thrown out into the parking lot on the opposite side of the building from my room. I considered leaving the first night, but stayed and left the next morning in lieu of staying a second night. I had paid for two nights, but the office was not open when i left at 7:30 am. I called later and was told to leave a message and have not yet been called back. Worst place I have ever stayed!!!!

The room was absolutely disgusting with bugs, cracks, and unclean tube. The owner seriously needs to do renovations, repairs, and organize priorities. If not, then the owner needs to sell the place to someone who gives a fuck about customer satisfaction

It sucked it stunk really bad construction every where found syringes on the ground bed bugs we didn't even stay we left it was that bad

Cleaning alot of it no drug addicts make it smell better staff unfriendly and no help had to rent the TV remote never got money back for that it was a very bad experience
