AC Hotel by Marriott Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol

The staff was AMAZING. They were very nice and respectful. They seemed happy and very eager to help. There was not one person that had a negative attitude. Everyone seemed happy to be there and they always appeared to be busy working but not too busy to help or even say hello. I can not say enough good things about all the staff. The servers, front desk, maintenence, housekeeping. Everyone was so nice. I did not valet but the guys working the valet even spoke to me walking into the hotel.

I checked into this hotel and was immediately disappointed. The bed was filthy—the sheets were clearly dirty and had not been changed. I called the front desk to request clean sheets, and while someone did bring them up, I was told I would have to change them myself. Completely unacceptable. I took photos as proof, and even hotel staff acknowledged the sheets were not up to standard, yet still expected me to fix the issue on my own. The only positive in this experience was that I was able to cancel my reservation and receive a full refund. I ended up going to another hotel, which thankfully was much better. I would recommend this location.

#1 Hotel in town. The AC Hotel is 1st class and our ONLY Hotel in Tallahassee. Since the first day the AC Tallahassee opened it has been our ONLY Hotel to stay. Everything is perfect. From the Valet, to Jillian and Jamya at the Front Desk to Jamie and Keith in charge, everything is 1st class. They all care! The Hotel is super clean, great location, room is perfect with comfy beds, we appreciate that THEY appreciate us. Thank you AC Hotel Tallahassee.
