Great location and very clean

The room was very clean and the staff went out of their way to be engaging. Both bars were very relaxing and the food hit the spot.

Overall it was ok. three things made it less than ideal. 1. there was a lot of debris generally in the lobby in the entrance. I suspect this was due to high winds blowing stuff in, but was surprised it wasn't tended better. 2. There was curdled creamer which messed up our morning coffee in the room. 3. (the big one) Our room was near (under I think) a meeting hall of some kind, and well into the night we could hear the very load noise of tables being dragged around and the loud voices of those resetting the room. That, for us, was pretty frustrating as it seemed unnecessary and made it very hard to sleep.

the people were amazing top to bottom, really went above and beyond.

Avoid room 531 unless you want to hear chairs scraping the floor half the night. I assume there’s a bar or event space above? Ordered room service for morning coffee since my in-room coffee wasn’t refreshed and I was exhausted from listening to chairs u til late. Spent $14 and got the wrong order, told it would be remade and sent asap - 40 min later I had to get dressed and get it myself (no refund!).

The morning breakfast and staff were exceptional. Really loved the personal touch of the made to order espresso machine by staff.

There was something wrong with the air in the room either very dusty or something. At night we would cough and choke, whenever HVAC system would come on.
