Everything. The location, service, staff, experience as a guest, the rooms were really beautifully designed, the breakfast. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed.

Enjoyed this interesting hotel, though it was a bit expensive for waht it was. That said, very comfortable, lovely common spaces with fountain and murals. The room itself -- in the brutalist style with concrete walls, high ceiling--was a bit spare, cold and warehouse-ish but that's a matter of personal taste. The location -a bit off the main tourist zone and across from famed bakery--was great. Service was excellent, as all staff was very knowledgable about Oaxaca.

Super nice place with a great vibe!

A wonderful — and very beautiful — boutique hotel with kind and very efficient staff. They spoke English expertly and were eager to help in any way needed. The breakfasts provided were delicious! The hotel is a short walk to the major tourist and shopping sites. I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Oaxaca!
