"Come here for great food and hospitality but the onsen experience was only mid."

Fine dining, real fine dining! Room was spacious and modern. We felt like we were in another world. The ambience was superb.

Both the public and the private onsen were a bit of a disappointment. It was still good but I’d expect more for the money.
