本当に大満足の滞在でした。家族連れにとても優しいホテルで、特に赤ちゃん連れにはありがたかったです。生後4ヶ月の赤ちゃんのために、夕食中に横になれるスペースを用意していただき、安心して食事を楽しむことができました。また、お部屋の温泉はお湯の温度を調整できるため、赤ちゃんと一緒でも安心して楽しめました。スタッフの皆様のサービスは終始丁寧で温かく、細やかな気配りが素晴らしかったです。お部屋もとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。お食事やドリンクもどれも美味しく、滞在の満足度をさらに高めてくれました。ホテルの近くからバスで熱海駅までアクセスできるのも便利でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。

"和を基調とした贅沢な時間"

和テイストの非日常空間なお部屋でした。 チェックイン時にタクシーで訪問したところ、到着した瞬間にスタッフの方が迎えにきてくれました。 朝食のお野菜が美味しかったです。
