The Hotel's location is perfect. It can be accessed easily from Kyoto station by JR. Commuting to famous attractions is also comfortable by JR and subway. Friendly staff and great room services

I stayed for 6 days. Breakfast menu remained exactly the same every single day. In addition, on the last day, I left for Kansai Airport early in the morning thus missed the breakfast. I would greatly appreciate if the hotel could offer breakfast boxes for guest leaving early.

The hotel was great, very close to the train station, room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was very nice and there was everything we needed. We even enjoyed the onsen, which was at the hotel.

The lady at the reception, who was very unpleasant when we asked about how to use the onsen.
