Very friendly staff, whole building was exceptionally clean. Appreciated that you could monitor and see which washers and dryers were available. Great location across the street from the train station. Beds were comfortable, smart TVs, and wonderful water pressure. Rooms were much bigger than I expected. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to others.

The breakfast buffet was just ok.

Great location just opposite Nijo Station and quite close to Nijo Castle. The room was clean and hotel staff were friendly. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out for collection later in the day.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms and amazing bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast for westerners was basic and didn’t change. Pasta, and scrambled eggs. The best part was the selection of cheeses offered for breakfast.
