Location.

Breakfast was cold. Washing machine…..the dryer option did not get the clothes dry even on a long cycle. Hence, there was always a queue for same.

Very nice room with simple but stylish design. Very clean throughout the hotel. Good location in a quiet area which is accessible to attractions around Kyoto via JR and subway.

Breakfast needs more variety and better quality. It was quite basic and offered same dishes for five days.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and a shopping street is just 10 mins away. The room was great, lovely big bed.

The laundry set up isn't ideal. Only 5 washer dryers so it was luck if you got a free one.
