Location to train station Onsen on site Supermarkets and dining options nearby were great Friendly and helpful staff Room cleaned daily Loved the extra amenities provided ie. Razor, hair ties etc

The automated checkin process is clumsy as it requires staff help No dining options after breakfast on a rainy day was a little annoying. To utilise the lounge on a rainy day and enjoy something to eat would've been great - not like you could go outside during typhoon rain conditions and you weren't allowed to bring in any outside food.
