We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend to other people

Beautiful stay

Spacious clean and stylish rooms. And the staff were great, from front desk to the bar.

Super nice place, very clean, friendly staff.

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. However, there didn’t seem to be much within walking distance for dining or activities. The afternoon check-in staff were not very friendly and didn’t offer any recommendations, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the morning staff were much more welcoming and left us with a much better impression of the hotel overall.

The staff were friendly but had to be prompted to help. Millenial attitude which was unappreciated.

Breakfast was not included and when purchased had very limited options and only one food item and one drink included. Parking had to be paid extra or self park using city parking. Rooms were very good and city view was awesome.

Loved the stay, hated the parking. Limited spaces and when it’s full, even if you paid for parking you might have to pay to park on the street.

On our way to South Dakota 1 week ago great experience. Valet, friendly staff, champagne. So we decided to stay here again. On our way back, not so much. No valet- had to park our car on the street (nice car with nice stuff inside 😬) and not even a smile, got a room right next to elevator. The one thing we stated we did not want!! So much for elite status -
