Hotel Indigo - Omaha Downtown by IHG

Front desk staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Borderline rude. Both valet attendants were excellent. Friendly and very helpful. We actually changed a reservation to hotel indigo because in the spring we found the hotel excellent. This was a disappointment We will try another hotel for our next stay.

The staff is the best part of the Hotel Indigo. Each interaction I had with a staff member was great.

There are minor repairs that need to be made. My room's entryway needs attention because the door strikes the wall and punctures the drywall. The telephone in my room did not work, but I did not report it to the staff.

The bar was great to sit and relax at the end of the day. The bartender was easy to visit with and very pleasant.

The parking was not good. There was no one present to assist us in either in the afternoon arrival and then with leaving. We had valet parking as told. And we' were ask if we wanted to tip. Not sure for what? We did it all.

Everyone was wonderful- Lamar was one of the nicest and most professional people I have encountered! He is a true asset to your company! Can’t recommend Hotel Indigo enough- perfect for Creighton Families!
