The price

The rude guy that wouldn't give us extra towels because when room service came to the room my son said we didn't need our room cleaned since we were staying another night. Then was mad that he had to get us another roll of toilet paper. Very unprofessional.

The main room was very clean.

The bathroom was awful. The no toilet paper dispenser. The toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet. There was no Kleenex. The tub and toilet area needed some cleaning... there were some dead bugs on the floor. The amenities that were posted on the listing we're not there. There was no coffee, tea, fireplace. The amenities listed were way off.
