the room was relatively clean, price was ok, location was last minute on route. Was happy they had a refrigerator and microwave.

While the room was clean, the deodorizer was strong when we entered the room and we had to air it out - ok - no problem; but when we tried to sleep, the mattress had a stale smoke smell - and I had to use vicks to mask the odor in order to speep.

Location off highway was good, easy to find. Quiet and clean room

The room was warm, clean and the bed was comfortable.

The amenities were not as described on the booking site. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer and the TV was small and only accessed 8 channels. Also no phone in the room so had to walk to the office on Icy walkway to get internet password. Haven't seen a key like I received in quite awhile.

I wanted a cheap place to stay in this area and that's what I got. I would probably stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting my daughter. Upon arrival we were told there was an issue with the water and that it would be fixed within an hour of check-in. The next morning the water was still not working correctly so we tried contacting the office with no return call. We stayed here for two days with a toilet that wouldn't flush correctly and no hot water. We made multiple attempts to contact the management about our issues before check-out with either no response or no way to enter the office building to speak face to face due to the doors being locked. Upon check-out the issues were brought up again just to try and make management aware. I was yelled at and told these issues were "my own problem" and to make a complaint through hotels.com. I tried to do that but hotels.com has to contact the office and verify my complaint with management which they denied. All in all this is a terribly run business. 0/10 recommend.

The worst thing, and I would never stay there again because of this, was terrible insecure door locks while the door looked out to the scary parking lot. Dirty, holey furniture. Bed made loud noises with any movement. Unresponsive management (I tried calling them, left a message, they never answered). Remote was sticky, TV pixelated often. I could go on but that should give you the idea.
