DO NOT STAY HERE - when we arrived at approx 10:45pm the outside looked like an abandoned building, no lighted sign, deserted parking lot, run down, and the office doors (when we found them) were cabled shut even though the sign said the lobby was open to 11pm - it said to ring the bell but it made no noise and took long enough for the guy to show up that we drove off once thinking we had to be wrong about this being the place but, we weren’t so we tried again, we were just loading back into the vehicle again when he poked his head out, I had to point at the door and shrug for him to come unlock it and let us in - we should have just eaten the 70 bucks and left. There’s some sort of horrid smell outside, and the lobby smelled so odd that I asked if the rooms smelled and if we could see our room before we paid - he refused, we were exhausted so decided to risk it but I told him the room had better look as the pictures online or I’ll be demanding our money back. I was being uncharacteristically rude but, this place is a complete disappointment. We just needed a stop on our trip, for a few hours sleep but, I’ll never ever go with a cheap hotel again, it’s not worth the risk. The room does look like the pictures at first glance but, closer inspection finds holes in the wall and lots of hair around the baseboards plus several other minor run down looking things. The beds appear clean and bedbug free, and the room smells clean, so we stayed but, would NEVER stay here again.

We got there at 1 am the front desk guy did not want to give us our room because we had a service dog He threw my cards on the ground and pretty much told me too bad so sad We went across the street to the travel lodge

It was dated, dirty, dark, and creepy.

The hotel room looked nothing like the picture. The paint was peeling in our room, and it smelled like mold. There was water damage under the air conditioner and our windows were cracked. I didn’t even want to let our kids down. The guy at the service desk wasn’t super helpful. We got charged an extra accident fee for leaving early on top of the room fee.

Everything, the people who run the hotel live there as well.. it doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside, it looks like an abandoned restaurant. It has two different signs on the outside of the building so you can tell if it's the correct place or not. And the smell of sewage outside of the hotel is terrible! So much it makes you want to vomit! The inside of the room you could tell it has been updated but poorly like they did it themselves and didn't care what it looked like! The door to the room had two door knobs but only one worker! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Then if you leave before the people that run it wake up, you have to bang on the front doors for them to halfway open it due to the doors being broke they lock it with like a bike chain! He barely pushes the door open and I give him my key cuz you can't just leave the keycard like you would at a actually hotel cuz it's a actually key to the door knob so I gave it back so he could look at my room so he could release my deposit and he would not do it then he said ma'am I will do it later and then release the funds. So unprofessional!

When we first pulled in, the property looked totally abandoned and the property next to it was boarded up and one of the front windows was boarded up. The man who checked us in was nice enough and the room was clean, so I guess that's all we needed that night. The entire property just looked abandoned from the outside. We felt like we were walking into the Twilight zone. But the room was clean and it smelled good.

I never made it to a room once again because the guy who answered the phone is uneducated about service animals. He refused to rent to me unless I pay a pet fee. According to the dept of justice/ada no business is allowed to refuse a service dog or charge a pet fee for a service dog. I’m so sick of hotels doing this. It is discrimination. And the ada is supposed to protect us and our service animals. The place looked abandoned so I am surprised that they turn down money. I have included a screenshot sir of the way it is from the doj. I suggest you read it. I also called the vendor that I was going to use to make the reservation and they are supposed to call me back. So we will see what happens. Also mister you can look it up on the DOJ Website under the ada. 😡😡😡

I stayed at this motel a year ago on the other side of the building and it was OK. This time I discovered that there was no toilet paper holder, no extra toilet paper, no hangers for clothes, a light in the bathroom that would go on and off at Will, a chirping smoke detector that kept me awake until I unplugged everything, and paint peeled off many of the walls. On top of that, the bed was firm in the middle and soft on the sides, creating a lumpy uncomfortable nights sleep. If I could at all, avoid it, I would not stay here again.
