"Everything excellent but closed dining "

Best stay to unwind without holiday madness. Check in desk staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spotless and spacious! The only disappointment is that the kitchen was closed. I wish we had known that there would be no breakfast on Christmas Day. At check in I was told the hours for breakfast and when I walked down, there was nothing. My Christmas Day still went well but I had a moment of sadness!

"Worth the Booking!!"

My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I had issues with pending charges from my stay and the supervisor Kia was super kind and helpful in getting them removed!! I recommend staying here if you're visiting the Plainfield area!

"Good Hotel "

Excellent stay. Our 2nd time staying at this location. We did notice however, a decline in a few amenities from our previous stay a few years ago. Overall, a great hotel and in a very convenient location. Will likely stay here again anyways.
