I have stayed at this location multiple times. Check in was great and accommodating. When I checked out, I asked if I could grab a water to go. As a Gold member they have always said yes, but today she wanted to charge it to my room. It's just a bottle of water and you would think they would love to make their loyal customers happy!

"Great place to stay- don't recommend the shuttle for a return trip to hotel."

Cleanliness and friendly staff.

We purposely booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. We had no problems scheduling and using the shuttle for a ride to the airport. However, on the ride back, we finally had to Uber back- that was after two phone calls to the hotel and a 45 minute+ wait.
