Lovely hotel with nice breakfast buffet right in the heart of Helsinki. Excellent location to explore the city and very convenient 30 minute train ride to and from the airport.

The food and service for our event was exemplary, as was the help with our AV needs, but in other ways this is a strange hotel. How can a major hotel in a capital city close its restaurant and bar on Sundays and Mondays? Housekeeping was also very strange, having to be repeatedly asked to change cups and glasses and even on one occasion to make the beds. The breakfast selection was very good and generally well serviced. Our ‘Superior Twin’ room was disabled access, which we don’t need but would not have been a problem except the ‘power lift’ beds squeak whenever you move. Looked at a standard twin but those are quite small. Overall very good but could be better quite easily.

Perhehuone oli tilava ja mukava, kun mukana oli kaksi pientä lasta, mukana oli huoneeseen sijoitettavat rattaat. Aamiainen oli loistava.
