Great location in centre of the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Need blockout curtains in the rooms. It was as difficult to control the air conditioner.

The hotel's location is very good - situated just a short distance from the central train station, making it incredibly convenient for travel, including a reliable and predictable 30-minute journey to the airport. A wide variety of restaurants and cafés are within easy reach, and the city center is comfortably accessible on foot. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering an impressive and varied selection to start the day right. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a striking exterior and a stylish, welcoming interior that creates a great first impression. We also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out system, which was well organized and made our departure much less stressful.

Our room was located in the newer(?) part of the hotel, and unfortunately it was noticeably smaller than the standard rooms we had experienced on a previous stays. Managing our luggage in the limited space was genuinely difficult. Had we been given this room during our first visit, we likely would not have returned. The room cannot be chosen during booking - they all are of the same proce and amenities. Thus, I would strongly recommend requesting a standard room when check-in, as the difference appears to be significant. It was a bit dusty inside and the airconditioner system worked(?) strange.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful room, I slept for 9 hours. Sp peaceful and dark. Friendly, helpful staff. Affordable price. Highly recomend. Also, situated in the heart of everything.

The location is good. It is next to the central station. The public transport is nearby.

I am/was a returning customer in this hotel. Former times the service was good, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was also good (so good quality for money). Each time i went, i requested a breakfast on the go as i had to catch a plane before breakfast hours. I received a breakfase composed of water, fruit, yogourt and bread with cheese as i requested. This time I also requested a breakfast on the go. When I arrived at the front desk in the morning to collect the breakfast, the receptionist told me they did not provide this service anymore. He then directed me to the fridge where I could choose between prepacked pieces of bread with somekind of cheese or bacon in it. (No yogurt, no fruit,...) Also the service inside the rooms seemed to be different this time. The cleaning personnel left their wet cleaning cloth in the room (which I brought back to the reception when I entered the room) and the trashbin was not emptied each day (though it was full).

I was fascinated by the design and couldn't stop taking photos throughout the hotel. It is one of the most original hotels I have ever stayed in. Needless to say, the location is perfect, and the staff are both professional and friendly. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast: wonderfully varied, beautifully presented, and among the best I have ever had.

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and I would have appreciated a small wardrobe for storing clothes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
