Receptionist on check caused me a big problem because she had a double reservation of 2 rooms in my name from booking.com, she made me contact booking.com customer service otherwise I will have to pay for 2 rooms she told me, I wasted an hour and a half on that comunication, and in the end it turned out that there was an error in the hotel's system and I was harassed for no reason. I didn't get an apology, a gesture of attention, a discount, nothing. Unprofessional.

"Grand old feel hotel with amazing breakfast in central location!"

Amazing hotel! Really great grand old world feel, the lobby and breakfast area and corridors all are very special! I first saw this hotel in Master Chef Suomi and had always wanted to visit! The superior room is one of the biggest ive ever stayed in with huge bathroom aswell! Breakfast was the best with lots of variety, loved Scandic Grand central Special foods! Didnt hear any noise from outside as rooms faced beautiful inner courtyard garden.

The hallways were a bit noisy due long huge corridors, i think rooms should be noise isolated a bit more if possible.
