Struggled with getting suitcases into the building, two flights of steps to negotiate. Chaotic breakfast. Although plenty of choice, our preference was scrambled eggs which were cold and sloppy. No kettle in bedroom initially, realised that you could borrow one, but only discovered through reading hotel reviews. Overpriced, seems much cheaper if you book closer to your travel dates. Large crack in sink. Assumption that everyone is technically minded. Beds not that comfortable - hard.
