"The hotel was fine for a short stay, but lacked amenities and the extra parking fee was frustrating."

The hotel served it's purpose for us.

I did not like that parking required an additional fee and felt misleading. When we tried to leave after checking in, our parking ticket would not scan, so we needed a new ticket in order to get back in. When we asked about it, the staff member at the counter said the tickets don’t really matter and that parking is simply a $10 fee. I have stayed at other hotels in the area where parking was included, so this was disappointing.

"The room was clean but could really use a coffee pot and a microwave in the room."

Got a little food before heading to the airport early - good. The staff were very helpful and the facility clean. Good deli/snack offerings.

No coffee pot and microwave in the room - instead there was an ironing board!?! Who irons any more - we'd much rather have coffee in the room! There was one microwave in the lobby for everyone staying at the hotel.
