Through no fault of theirs, I booked the room online for Portland, Oregon but actually needed Portland, Maine. Although I ended up in and paying for the same chain in Maine, I was charged.

Decent place but is in need of sprucing up. Room was clean and bed comfortable; blackout shade was broken but could be pulled down manually. Close to food and shops. Staff were great.
