staff friendly and made effort

very very inconvenient location, room/villa very hard to get to (funiculaire - adding 10mins just to move to breakfast), very cumbersome access to get to El Nido. Facilities/villas very dated and not as clean as they should be. Overall disappointing!

The rooms are good

The drive to the hotel is awful , the beach you cannot swim , you have to take a boat to a beach , I don’t know why they don’t use water taxis to a beach !! The breakfast is really bad , tiny bit of fruit ,it was mango season and never saw a mango ! The bar you have to pay for peanuts or any type of snack! One evening we heard a man walking around our apartment and woke us up scared ! Phoned security and they didn’t check and when I phoned again, they said it was maintenance - at 3 am !!! No apologies!!
