We had an amazing stay with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, very comfortable beds, and everything was perfectly clean. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by even driving us to the station with our luggage, which we truly appreciated since taxis are very limited in the area. There are also several great restaurants within walking distance, and a 7-Eleven is just an 8-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Our stay at Habitacion NIIYA near Mount Fuji felt less like checking into an apartment and more like stepping into a small, thoughtful story written just for us. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by a lovely lady who took her time to walk us through everything—every detail of the apartment, the surroundings, and even little things we wouldn’t have thought to ask about. It immediately set the tone: this wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a place where people genuinely cared. On the other side, there was Hitomi, who quietly made everything else happen. From arranging bicycles to making sure we had what we needed, he was always one step ahead. When we mentioned our checkout time, he didn’t ask whether we needed a ride to the station—he simply said, “I will bring you.” That kind of effortless kindness stayed with us. The morning we left, the weather was perfect—clear skies and Mount Fuji standing proudly in full view. On the way to the station, Hitomi suddenly stopped the car so we could take photos. Again, something we hadn’t asked for, but something we will never forget. Before we left, I took a photo with this kind soul—a small memory of a truly special stay. The bathroom and toilet were shared, but everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. This place is more than just accommodation—it’s an experience shaped by genuine hospitality and small, meaningful gestures. For us, it’s a clear 10/10.

Friendly owner, showed me where the shared bathroom and showers are. Great view of Fuji-san from my room was very welcome and unexpected! Very kind and told me about some great local spots as well!

是完全日式的家庭民宿，楼上有四个房间，床铺非常舒服，空调很棒，主人非常细心地准备了我们需要的所有东西，并以便宜的价格租给我们电动自行车，这是游览河口湖最适宜的交通工具了。退房时老板开车送我们去火车站，非常感谢！浴室和卫生间是共用的，但并没有感觉不方便，如果你想体验日式的传统生活方式，这里很适合。
