Habitacion NIIYA Mt Fuji

Nice accommodation to explore the Lake Kawaguchi, the room was big and spacious and had all the ammenities that we could need. We could see Mt. Fuji from the window. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to some nice parks around the Lake Kawaguchi and away from the most busy/turistic spots.

It is a bit far from public transport so it took us half an hour to get there from the closest train station. The bus line that stope nearby is the sightseeing one, so super busy.

What I would like to share is that this Airbnb accommodation is very comfortable and clean, with a wonderful couple as the owners—both very kind and friendly. We stayed here for 2 nights. The toilet and bathroom were also very clean. On the second day, the owner even drove us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. They also welcomed us warmly and sent us to Kawaguchiko Station on our final day when we checked out. The house is located very close to the Sightseeing Green Line stop No. 26—about 450 meters on foot. The surrounding area is peaceful and very quiet. The owner’s mother also lives in the house and stayed together with us during our visit. We highly recommend staying here—great value for money and a very calm, relaxing location. Clean and quiet

If you don’t drive, it’s a little far out as last buses are quite early in the day

The room is spacious enough and the futons are comfortable. The bath is in a shared room, but it is wonderful. There is a microwave, refrigerator l, and most importantly the bike rent service, since the place is not so close to the main attractions.

Maybe the location, but the bikes are really fun. It would be nice to have access to a kitchen other than a microwave.

Host was very kind and nice person. He even spoke a bit of English. Location and value for money was perfect.

The room itself and the house was quite cold. (I would guess 15 degrees). But the room had AC, so we heated it up to pleasant temperature in short time, so that's only minor issue.

Very spacious Japanese house with a unique atmosphere! The view of Mt Fuji in the morning was gorgeous 💖 The owner was very friendly and helped us greatly. Thanks to him we had especially good day!

La vista del monte Fuji è impagabile. Il proprietario è molto gentile ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti. La camera è spaziosa e luminosa. Al check out il proprietario ci ha offerto di accompagnarci gratuitamente alla stazione, cosa che abbiamo tanto apprezzato dato che è più di mezz’ora a piedi ed il bus passa ogni morte di Papa.

Mobilia vecchiotta e polverosa, ci viene chiesto di toglierci le scarpe ma gli ambienti comuni sono polverosi e di certo non puliti. Estremamente scomodo dover scendere di un piano e letteralmente uscire dalla casa per accedere alle docce. La maniglia della porta per accedere al gabinetto era mezza svitata (funzionava ma pronta a rompersi da un momento all’altro). La casa non sembra molto isolata quindi bisogna accendere il riscaldamento la sera quando il sole tramonta. Non c’è un attaccapanni o un armadio ma ci sono solo dei chiodi appesi in una barra di legno che si possono usare come appendini.

Nous avions la chambre bleue pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, la taille de la pièce étaie parfaite. Nous avions choisi cette location pour l’esprit chambre d’hôte, nous n’avons pas été déçus. C’est une maison traditionnelle gérée par des hôtes disponibles et chaleureux. Nous partageons l’étage avec 3 autres chambres, on peut y trouver un toilette, un lavabo, un frigo/congélateur et un micro-ondes. La salle de bains est au rez de chaussée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le bain chaud parfumé préparé chaque jour et disponible jusqu’au soir. La ligne verte est à 7min à pieds et la ligne rouge à 15min à pieds.

Le froid est arrivé au moment de notre séjour et la manque d’isolation s’est fait ressentir. Les couettes bien chaudes et la climatisation réversible étaient donc indispensables.
