It’s quiet surrounding and it’s spacious neighborhood. We even had an opportunity to photograph aurora outside the house!!

We booked specific unit according to how many beds we need by filtering all suitable unit before deciding. Similar to other holiday planners, we were busy planning our itenaries and proceed to research and look for other accommodation for the rest of the 10 days trip as we don’t stay in just one hotel/airbnb for the entire trip. Unfortunately, the host (or person in charge of our booking) reduced the advertised 3 beds to 2 beds by assuming guests include couples and will be sleeping together in the double bed. Hence, bedsheets and blankets and pillows were removed for the third bed. Whilst this was communicated via the confirmation of booking email with a long list of other information. Throughout our holidays booking experience, we have not experienced similar situation hence , we did not read all details of the confirmation email as we spent a lot of time researching prior to booking but not after it’s booked as any guests would have thought what they book is what they get. Otherwise it could be deemed false advertising as host are inviting guest to come book/ stay based on what’s written in the advertisement. If your property is listed as 3 beds please don’t change the bedding to 2 beds for 3 guests that booked the property . We had to rush to their office from Hobart airport to pick up the linens before office closing to make our own bed but later realised the unit was only 3 minutes drive from their office . A nice gesture would have arranged housekeeper to make the bed when we informed three beds is required a day before stay after we realised our booking was changed. Only can blame ourself for not reading the confirmation booking from A to Z as we were busy planning the Tasmania trip itenaries and searching for other hotels / Airbnb for the rest of the 10 days trip.

Beautiful home in coles bay, a short drive from the little downtown and close to freycinet Park.

Wifi signal was weak, apparently a problem in the area.

The whole experience was smooth and they had clearly put thought and effort into making this place feel like home! Someone (don't recall her name sorry!) gave us a curtesy call a few days before our booking to confirm it and check to see if we had any questions or needed local advice. We arrived very late at night but the lockbox was in an obvious spot and easy to open. The house already had lights on and windows opened so it was well aired out. Everything in the house was super clean and in almost brand new condition! Bathroom had heat lamps which was a lovely bonus, the neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and within an easy drive of local shops. Every amenity was exactly how they described it, worked perfectly well, and the entire process was smooth with no fuss!

Loved the compact nature of the property and that everything you could possibly need was on tap, paper towel, hairdryer, laundry facilities, wifi, etc

Wifi was slow, but its a price you pay for the location.
