Looks and feels new which is nice. It is located outside of the Coles Bay township. Good size kitchen. The Deck is a nice addition. Overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a drug pickup location at the bus top if you are after something illegal. not sure if this is a good or bad thing.

Directly across from a school bus stop. A playground is also across from the villa. All good if you don’t mind listening to small children at drop off and pick up times. Hideous jazz music playing on arrival. Absolutely no room for suitcases in the master bedroom. Shower is a corner shower. Shower gel and hand wash supplied. Much nicer than a cake of soap. No shampoo or conditioner though. Next door is a construction site and the surrounding housing estate is in the process of being built. It is noisy. Plan your days so you see Tasmania’s wilderness, rather than a construction site. There are about 5 stairs up into the villa with no hand railing. This makes entering and exiting the building difficult if you have an injury or disability. Also the drive away is covered in gravel. Not great for suitcases on wheels. The location is a bit out of town and food places. It also makes for a longer drive to wineglass bay. No dryer or clothesline but you do get a washing machine.

Great stuff in use in the kitchen for self catering, washing machine was handy and tv with Netflix!

The apartment itself was just as expected, clean, cosy and comfortable with good cooking facilities and great TV/wifi etc. Really good access to the national park and close to Coles bay including the shops for groceries.

Unfortunately we did not know in advance that there was significant and noisy building work going on at the plot adjacent to the property, with a new house currently being constructed. This started before 7.30am and went on into the early evening on weekdays of our stay. Luckily we were out most of the day but this did impact our stay.

Cozy little house not far from Freycinet. Clean, excellent shower and beds. Good communication. We were very happy with the laundry machine and high chair.

A new house is being built literally 3 meters from Archella 1. There was quite some noise from 7 AM-7 PM on weekdays. Being with 2 very young children this was a bit of a let down (nap times). The wonderful terrace outside could definitely use a few comfortable chairs; there's only a wooden bench & table now. Archella 2 has some comfy ones!
