Have Kleenex in the rooms! When breakfast is listed as a hot meal, a bagel or waffle is not what I expect. Very disappointing

The room smelled terrible, the bathrooms were not clean, the lady wasn’t able to do anything about the reservation we made because a “manager was not onsite” everyone should have access to it we were without a room for about 1 hour in a half due to this issue. We were also just passing through a such an inconvenience

The room was very clean and nice but the riff raff and drug dealers dealing drugs out of the hotel two doors down was very disturbing. A lot of come and go traffic that the hotel manager told us to just ignore it. Beware!!

Floors were always wet due to the humidity in the room. There were numerous cosmetic repairs needed. The parking lot was chewed up and trashy.
