El desayuno que te ofrecen bien.

El cuarto que me dieron con deficiencias de mantenimiento (manchas en el piso) despintado; el ultimo dia NO me salió agua caliente. Un cuarto que le entra demasiada luz por la noche; no tuve buena experiencia y a estos hoteles no regreso.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was great - walking distance to the park and lots of restaurants. The free breakfast was pretty good - I'd recommend the chilaquiles with fried egg.

Our room only had one window that faced the hallway. It was very humid, even though we ran the bathroom fans all day. We couldn't open the window without losing all of our privacy. The walls were also very thin.

The staff were incredibly kind and lovely! The location is excellent

Quite noisy! the traffic from the street is very loud. My room was really small without a wardrobe, it didn't have a table bed with a light, only the big bright light from the ceiling.

A localizacao é boa

Os quartos nao tem ar condicionado, isso nao esta claro no momento da reserva. Os quartos tem banheiro separado, chuveiro ruim, com agua empoçada. Muito barulho a noite e quartos nao tem isolacao de iluminacao boa.

Friendly bilingual staff. Security was beyond my expectations. Atmosphere and décor was impressive, and overall felt peaceful and relaxing. Bonus: we loved the doorman, Dr. Juan who made us feel at home as well as the housekeeper(s) who kept our room super-clean on a daily basis.

The 3-star hotel (claims to be part of Wyndham chain) seemed bit off with missing amenities such as ironing & board, hair-dryer, mini-fridge etc. (for which should be standard features). Beds squeaked a lot, and personally I found the pillows way too puffy and uncomfortable. Despite that everything else was great.

Ubicación excelente. El ambiente muy bieno.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. El cuarto era muy pequeño. El baño estaba dividido en dos: taza y regadera, con puuertas de vidrio, pegada a la cama.

El personal es agradable y servicial en todo momento. la ubicación es buena.

Las habitaciones estan muy descuidadas, la cama era incomoda y rechinaba, el ventilador parecía que se iba a caer, el agua se salía de la regadera. contabamos con una ventanita que daba a los comensales del restaurante por lo que nunca pudimos abrirla.

Location is good. Free breakfast was a good offer

The shower water flow kept fluctuating from hot to cold.. ibhad to be careful of getting burned. Breakfast fruits was good, but the rest was below average choices or taste. There was no a/c.

La ubicacion era muy buena, la gente muy amable, el lugar es hospitalario y el desayuno incluido muy bueno.
