We stayed for the weekend, staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The updated rooms were nice. The bathrooms can use an update but was ok. Parking spots should have room numbers on them. Our spot kept being taken in the evening when we would get back from dinner.

Terrible smell in room after cleaning from products used. Spoke with attendant at hotel and he said that he would come to spray the room to get rid of smell and he never showed up. Room was not updated, no hair dryer,lack of towels, and no breakfast, bathtub was rough on bottom and felt slippery.

The location was perfect. beautiful landscaping and pool. Quiet room. There is much potential here to have an exceptional stay but…

Sullen, smug front desk person. I had to go back to the front desk to have my room changed. I booked a non smoking room and the first room reeked of old smoke and powerful, yukky cologne. COCKROACHES. I had a dog with me and it would have been impossible to move hotels. In all fairness to Red Roof, many surrounding hotel reviews mentioned COCKROACHES too!!! The room was filthy and housekeeping did not clean it during my three day stay. Black mold in the shower. The shower fan was loaded with dust and gunk. I asked for bug spray but none available. I talked to the manager and he offered to fumigate the room but we figured killing a few bugs would be safer than huffing chemicals. I asked for a room comp. No dice. We made the best of it! Never again!

Lazy staff. Do Not recommend staying here. Residents aren’t too great, either.
