This hotel, has long term stay occupance and they are everywhere! Early in the mornings they are sitting outside smoking and talking loudly! Late at night they are doing the same thing! We did not get much sleep! They were women and children also living there and they were toys all over the parking lot! We found spiders in out room! We will not be staying there again and do not recommend it!

Overall the room was good didn’t like where my room was located (right in front of the steps) it sound like people were in and out my room all night it was a good spot to rest for the night

1. Exterior areas were dirty. Dining chairs were outside rooms in walkways where people sat smoking and did so till 3am in the morning. People left garbage outside doors 2. We rented a room that was advertised as having a kitchenette so I packed food to cook for dinner and breakfast. There was nothing in the kitchenette to cook with or to eat with, not even a cup to heat water in the microwave for coffee. I called the desk. They wanted $49 to use a cooktop, plates and silverware. I’ve been to 67 countries and 48 states and never had a kitchenette with nothing in it. 3. The toilet flushed then ran, then wouldn’t flush. By this time it was late and we were exhausted and the smokers were making noise so we just tried to sleep. 4. For $116 plus tax this was the worst night we ever had on the road. The front of the place looked ok, but after checkin we had to pull around the back of the property and it was scary. Two people had piles of clothes on the walkway and were sitting on the cement smoking. Guys were hanging around doing nothing. If we weren’t pushed for time and needed to get off the road and rest we would’ve driven away. 5. The guy that checked us in was okay and the room looked okay. The bed was clean. But that didn’t make up for the fact that the room had a lingering odor of smoke and the fact that the kitchenette was useless which is really a misrepresentation of what we assumed we were renting.

Good coffee. Hot shower.

No breakfast. Exterior walkways, stairways, and general surroundings not clean. Had to call for soap, shampoo. Had to go to the front desk to get a replacement tv remote control. Room floor not clean. Returned home with bed bug bites.

From check in to check-out, this stay was very nice. Since this hotel is right off of 206, it may seem questionable but whoever the new management is, they've done a good job of keeping the hotel well lit and the security cameras are just added safety, which I appreciated. The room was clean, it wasn't noisy outside and as a result, I so slept well. Thank you!

The AC blew cold air and the guy at the front desk was pleasannt.

It was dirty and felt dangerous. The room smelled bad and had holes in the walls. The bed sounded like it was built on a steel drum - every time you moved it made a loud sound. The clientele was mostly drug users and prostitutes, sitting outside like in some dystopian projects, smoking all manner of things, working on their cars - openly soliciting sex and tweaking half passed out in their open doorways. It was unreal.

Staff is great and rooms are immaculate

Dirty room, dirty towels, worst I ever experience. Someone needs to notify cooperate!
