Beautifully designed hotel. Love the attention to details. Enjoyed breakfast and cappuccino at The Moons Daughters. Rooftop pool was relaxing and inviting.

"Heartfelt hospitality with Julie and Armando"

Julie at the front desk and Armando the bellman truly went above and beyond for us. We had a few last-minute projects come up, and the office didn't hesitate to jump in and help. Every time we saw them, they greeted us with such warmth-it felt like reconnecting with family. Their kindness and genuine care made our stay unforgettable, and we're so grateful for everything they did for us.

"Annual Association Meeting"

The hotel was nice. The kitchen was a little inconsistent, the staff was really good - prompt, efficient and friendly, especially our favorite bellman, Armando. He went above and beyond every time we calked on him!

"Very Good"

The stafff was very nice , hotel very clean and good location

Room service messed up our orders 2 times. One time the food was delivered to the incorrect room and I had to call room service after waiting over an hour to find this out

"Excellent accommodation on the River Walk"

Terrific staff!! Particular recognition to Bellman Armando who was professional and helpful with getting our bags in and out of our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable (2 queens). Common areas were well kept. We really liked the ambience fragrance in the lobby. Finally, we were impressed that the spacious walk-in shower had both a fixed shower head and a hand-held shower wand. I wish every hotel offered that combination of shower appliances.
