Parkside Inn Hakata

空間非常大，有兩個房間，也有很大的客廳，餐桌及廚房的空間也很足夠

清潔可以再做得更好，可能很趕時間，有一些小細節沒有注意到

4人1部屋で宿泊できるホテルがなく、とても助かりました。

シャワーの水圧が弱く感じました

Excellent location. Very near to the station.

The bed is too soft.

The location is great. It’s only around 8 mins walk from the Hakata station if you walk through the underground street.

The photos showed on their page weren’t real. The host posted two photos of toilet with different background (one with a white wall and the other with a black wall), making viewer assume there’ll be two toilets in the apartment. I even messaged the hotel to confirm the number of toilets, and the reply was “one toilet in one room”. And there’re two rooms in the apartment so we supposed there would be two toilets. However, after arriving the apartment there’s only one toilet. We called the customer service of the hotel by google meet and they insisted there’s only one ROOM in one floor, so it’s reasonable that we only had one toilet. There’s no further compensation or support from the hotel. But according to the page this apartment can accommodate maximum to seven people. Imagine all seven people have to share one bathroom and one toilet? This is not persuasive to me. There’s a locked door in one of the rooms, but we couldn’t check if that was another toilet. (The hotel claimed it’s the place to keep all of the cleaning supplies) So far you can see they removed the photo of the second toilet. Overall I felt like this hotel is good if you don’t encounter any problems. If you do they you can only count on yourself.

The apt is big enough and very clean. The location is good not far from the station.

The check in service is inhuman. I have luggage’s and really tired from traveling but instead of a warm welcome, I have to pay the staying fee of 200 yen/ person to get the room access code to enter. This should be done way before checking in process. No reason for four people standing in a crowded front door with no light to wait for the front desk far away online to response.

The heater is not strong enough, thus the corridor to the room is cold.. the bathroom has no heater.. there is no proper racks/ shelves to hold the towels. They are stacked on top of the washing machine thus restricting access to the washing machine
