The person who check us in speaks very good English, everything went smoothly
I wish there is some sign of the hotel's name or something recognizable, we drive around the park in front for couple laps until we find the place.

Near to the Hakata Station and able to reach within 10 minutes. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to stay up to 7 people.
Lack of towel hanging rack and the lift is very small. It can only fit maximum 2 adults and 2 oversized luggage.

The apartment is spacious. Plenty of room for a group of 5. Walking distance to shopping centres and train stations. Good restaurants are nearby.
The lift is very small and can fit only 4 people. The keypad checkin area is small. It took long time to fill out all questions at checkin, this could have been done beforehand. Checkout rule is very strict. It also needs to be checked out via the keypad.

駅近く、コンビニもあり利便性いい。ただ申し込んだ際と、事前確認メールでのチェックイン、アウトの時間が違って問い合わせてたが、返事がこなかった。少し困りましたが、滞在先としてはとても素敵でした！また機会あえば利用したいと思います。
