Property was good just the lifts were a bit random especially when your disabled and the stairs are not an option

Value for money compared to other Chester hotels

Rooms were modern and nice. The location was very close to town and some lovely pubs along the canal a few minutes walk. All the staff we met were so lovely and helpful and atmosphere in the hotel was really nice.

Staff on check in very abrupt, not helpful and couldn’t be bothered about a previous request I’d made.

Bathroom a little tight

The bed was very comfortable best we've ever slept in in a hotel. Lovely modern rooms Amazing breakfast, gluten free arrangements amazing. Censored low lighting under the bed came on when I got up in the night by itself
