Great location, lots of choice at breakfast and staff were super helpful.

I had a pleasant stay overall. While early check-in wasn't possible, I really appreciated the staff storing my bags free of charge. The room was up to a good standard, It is only a short walk to Chester center.

I did face two minor issues. First, I couldn't get the wall-mounted TV to turn on, as the main power switch wasn't accessible or easy to find. Second, the room temperature is centrally controlled with only three settings (hot, cold, or off), which limits comfort adjustments.
