The house looks much bigger in the photos. Rooms are big but the bathroom is realized in the old balcony, so are two tiny room one for the toilette one for the shower not very confortable. Also the space in the living room is bad organize, the sofa and the table are huge compared to the room so is difficult walking around and enjoy them. It's missing some tool in the kitchen, there are only two small spoon for example, zero bowls, zero coffee cup, for forks. No box for recycling. Small details but make the staying average, specially if compared to the price. The house is not very good isolated for the noise, so you often hear the kid on the top floor running or the main door slamming. Also the neighborhood doesn't feel very safe, specially at night.

Decent stay for what we paid in the area it was competitive price. However lisbon as a whole is expensive to stay. The place was very good for a small family.

The toilet was small and shower. Apartment needs a deep clean and dusting. Other than that i would stay again

The location, with a 20min walk you can get to everything u need, very comfortable beds, clean

A bit small, but wasnt a problem for us. Also the front door is hard to open but when you know how, its easy.

De netheid

De deuren waren moeilijk te openen en te sluiten, de voordeur opende niet met de sleutel, code van de sleutelkluis niet gekregen op voorhand , nog naar booking moeten bellen Geluid tv werkte niet

The decoration, the facilities and the location.

The restroom was very small, there was no AC, very bad customer service, electricity problems and no assistance

Prima plek, alles aanwezig wat aanwezig moet zijn. Goed bereikbaar met ov (tram, bus metro op paar honderd meter lopen). Zeker een aanrader.

Kritisch bekeken: douche, wc etc beginnen wat achterstallig onderhoud te krijgen. Voordeur kan niet op slot (appartement zelf wel). Verder staan er vrij veel meubels (enorme bank, grote tafel en in slaapkamer grote commode) waardoor de beweegruimte beperkt is. Prijs/kwaliteit per saldo daarom wel redelijk fors (€540 voor 3 nachten vind ik irt betere appartementen in Spanje, UK, Griekenland, Duitsland en Kroatië best stevig)

The bathrooms can be small and uncomfortable for some people, the beds are not very comfortable, I don't think the area is one of the best. The staff is very nice and helpful
