It was fantastic

It happened a couple of times that the power switch went off

The apartment itself was nicely decorated and had everything you needed

The location is awful ..to get to the apartment you must walk up a very large amount of stairs ( located on a steep hill) meaning not good for anyone who has disabilities or who is not fit also need to mention that those stairs are narrow and many time there drug addicts there which was very unpleasant with our kids . the apartment also has no Air-conditioning only 2 small fans. We were very disappointed with the apartment and had to take Uber everywhere because the hill was impossible to do everytime and not the best neighborhood.

They could mention on the website that the nearest metro station is Martim Moniz, because the address gives the area as Arroios, so that, naturally, is where we disembarked the metro. Also, the address confuses Google Maps, so again, a clear address known to the widely used Google maps would be useful.

design was cool. the location is quite central

-the check in, although we had given a an accurate time, the person left at that exact moment although he told us he would be there and we had to wait. -the place was not clean properly: dinning table was super dusty, floors and cupboards were not clean, pillows and duvets weee stained with blood and other substances, washing machine had mold. -missing a lot of simple things: we had 3 spoons and 2 water glasses while rented for 5. No pan to make eggs in the morning. when you turn more than two electrical items, the electricity goes off. -the bathroom is extremely small. -it smelled weed in the communal area the whole 6 days we were there. -the sofa bed should be changed or not considered as a 2 people bed as the pull out doesn’t come as same level as rest of sofa, so you will sleep with a higher part at chest level: not comfortable at all.

the bathroom is very very small for 4 people. Difficult to move in the shower
