in meinem Zimmer funktioniert die Heizung nicht. Außerdem fehlen Bettwäsche, Haartrockner, Schreibtisch, Minibar und Toilettenpapier, und die Matratze ist beschädigt. Das Zimmer entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Das Hotel ist enttäuscht und nicht hilfreich keine Reaktion auf meine Reklamation.

"Der Urlaub war naja einzigste was mir gefallen hat, dass es im Zentrum war sonst war nichts besonderes"

Das ist Badezimmer gestunken hat und Schimmel auf der Decke Bettwäsche waren Flecken Manche Personal unhöflich. Frühstück nicht besonderes. Stressig

Scump și nu a au fost condinții care erau menționate. Exemplu: a fost foarte frig deoarece aerul condiționat nu functiona cum trebuie. Mai multă gălăgie și aer rece deși era dat la maxim pentru încălzire.
