We hadden een familiekamer geboekt omdat we graag een tweepersoonsbed wilden. Het inchecken ging al lastig maar toen bleek dat we een verkeerde kamer hadden. Een kleine twee persoons met twee enkele bedden. Toen we aangaven dat dit niet correct was kregen we ipv begrip een sneer "we zijn overboekt en jullie zijn met 2 personen en dus heb je een 2 persoons kamer". Dat we iets anders betaald en geboekt hadden had ze geen boodschap aan "zoals je ziet heb ik het druk met andere klanten en we zijn overboekt, er is dus niks vrij". Er is toegezegd dat we het prijsverschil van de kamer terug zouden krijgen maar dat kon niet ter plaatse en is uiteindelijk nooit meer gebeurd. Daarnaast zou parkeren gratis zijn maar koste het ter plaatse toch €10
