Das Duschwasser ließ sich nicht regulieren, Wasser zu heiß um die Dusche zu nutzen. Das Personal war nicht in der Lage Abhilfe zu schaffen. Man bot uns an ein anderes Zimmer zu beziehen. Das konnten wir aus Termin Gründen nicht.

Mein Zimmer wurde storniert, während ich angereist bin, obwohl meine Kreditkarte hinterlegt war. Außerdem wurde mir telefonisch am Vorabend mitgeteilt, dass die Rezeption bis 23 Uhr geöffnet ist. Ich aber 24 h mit meiner PIN einchecken kann. Da ich um 23 Uhr ein Zimmer gebraucht habe, habe ich 90 € Mehrkosten im gleichen Hotel bezahlt. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mir erzählt, ich solle eine Email schreiben, dass das Problem schnellstmöglich geregelt wird. Auch nach 2 Wochen keine Antwort erhalten.

2 minutes train ride from Dusseldorf HBF, then 3 minutes walk. small kiosk is opened late at night near by the hotel. hotel is new and clean, sound proof is good even it located next to train track.

room rate was high, because there was Japanese culture event in Dusseldorf at that time. Even outside temperature was reaching 30degC, air conditioning was central controlled and it was still heating mode so I couldn't get cool air.
