"A comfy place to stay with friendly staff and delicious food"

location, the bed, room layout, big bathroom, hot tub, fireplaces, ample places to chill, restaurant food

Low water pressure in the shower (room 320), $15 charge per night for parking, no extra toilet paper left in the bathroom (we ran out), no extra blankets for the bed in the room.

Tthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment. I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk.

Clean, quiet, nice kitchenette in room with full size refrigerator. Nice bathroom. Easy walking distance to St.Mary's hospital.

They had offsite parking. They had a map showing the paid parking area but not the free parking area. The staff actually explained the parking locations backwards. Water for shower was not one day. This was around 7am so it wasn't super early. It was like the water heater didn't come on yet to warm the water.

It’s very convenient to have a full kitchen in the room while staying for treatments at Mayo. The rooms were layer out nicely and everything was very clean. My only negative comment is the restaurant in the building. Horrible food! Luckily there are a few good restaurants within walking distance.
