"Lively stay"

Disabled room had plenty of room & well equipped. Staff very good. Good location

Needed a grab rail behind shower seat & grab rails by sink & at other side of toilet. Sofa bed to sit on as a sofa wasn't comfy for heavier people. Couldn't get pool lift to work & instructions stupidly are on the water side. Needs better instructions & need staff to know how to operate it so they can show people.

The staff are hands down some of the nicest people we have met. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic is so convenient. The hotel is clean, friendly and as close to feeling like being at home that you could ask for. Would stay here everytime we are in Rochester.

Clean, comfortable room, modern facility, friendly and helpful staff.

There was a technical problem in the hotel heater and no hot water in the shower for two days, so i can’t give it a 10 this visit. However, I hope to return and give it 10/10 next time as the wonderful staff and modern facility deserves.

Breakfast options great; dinner at EVEN hotel side was delicious & so convenient at a good price. Parking needs greater attention-especially for those of us staying a week or more! Insufficient number of handicap spaces & assistance w luggage. Ordeal when garage is full. Street construction brought absence of hot water at random intervals during various days!! Never heard from manager. Milton was the most caring & helpful staff there. We paid for 3 week-long rooms & now will look elsewhere for our return.

Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. Very clean and great room.
