Ulster Apartments

It was close to where i needed to be for the 2 days i stayed

We stayed in unit 2 which is on the ground floor. You pick up the key from another location down the road, you are charged a bond on top of payment. The first night, it was noisy we were up at around 2:45am listening to yelling and shouting close to our unit. The second night a guest was very loud, swearing and banging around in the unit in the unit on the floor above us at 1am-2am, i sent a message to the hotel to let them know. Whilst spacious and clean, the fridge was loud, there was no where to hang towels whilst showering or a vanity to put toiletries on. There were no plugs by the beds so we could charge our phones etc you can hear every scrape and movements of the floor above.

Free wifi

It was dirty, as in dusty along the top of the switches & window sills. Chewing gum stuck all around kitchen window sill. Shower drain blocked. Shower tap fell off & shower walls bowing. There was no complimentary milk.

Good size room, plenty bed choices. Good kitchen set up and washing machine, good shower pressure.

Comfortable beds.

They have a $200 bond as we booked 2x apartments which is not mentioned in Booking.com. I think they should put the info so no surprises for the guest.

Une seule climatisation réversible, il faisait un peu frais dans les pièces adjacentes !
