Location was great & it was an easy process to getting the keys. Although it’s weird to have the reception area for key collection in a different area than where we stayed, it was still a quick and easy process. Staff were lovely. Directions were also very clear.

Very loud neighbours, couldn’t get out proper rest we needed for our big day, then again some things you can’t help. Parking is abit snug, especially because we had big vehicles.

Clean and functional.

They offer two types of checkout. 1. „Normal“ checkout: they make a pre-authorization for a deposit on your CC and before you leave someone comes and checks the room. 2. „Fast checkout“. And this is sketchy. They simply write down you’re CC details inkl. security code. With this checkout you can simply leave the room but in therory they can go online shopping afterwards. Make sure to tell them before you hand out your cc that you want the normal checkout. Otherwise they just copy your details by default. Point is, this process violates the T&C of Visa, MasterCard etc and probably is a breach of Data Privacy Act.

It was pretty clean and location.

Lack of cutlery, cups, plates etc Had booked in for 4 adults and there was 3 of everything.... The towels were paper thin and very small. Also 2 flannels/facecloths for 4 people??????? Nowhere to place toiletries, clothing etc in the bathroom other than the toilet or floor ( no thank you) Not to sure about the neighbors and didnt appreciate the loud music from the above room.

It’s a good transit place, with basic necessities. Has almost all the equipments, but washing machine unavailable, but there is a washing basin. Overall, all were sufficient for those travelling in groups
