The location was good and so was the price

The shower pressure, dirty bathroom, the grounds were overgrown and very untidy. The noise from guests upstairs walking around and up the stairs led to sleepless nights, also the neighbours yelling and screaming and fighting most nights.

Price was awesome ... value for money. Well set out kitchen with utensils for cooking. Shower and bathroom clean. Bed linen perfect,crisp, clean.

Lots of wear and tear on the paint work could do with a refresher. As a older person struggled to get into shower as I had to step up into it. Bathrooms need to be updated
