Very nice hotel in a central area. In the top floors of a skyscraper. Super view! Great gym and breakfast (including top view over the whole Bay Area).

"A Memorable Stay"

I was upgraded to a suite room with incredible view of Shenzhen skyline, however there was slight disappointment during my stay where I was not allowed to use the concierge lounge. The breakfast is located at 57 floor which has stunning view and varieties of selections in Asian buffet style. As for the room and check out process there were some improvement recommended. 1. The check out time was at 12pm, however there was also a lot of guest checking in the same time, hence there was a long wait time and unable to use the express check out since there were some final bill need to be settled. 2. The hair dryer has a short cord and kept detaching from the wall outlet during use. 3. The toothbrush was in a subpar quality as the bristles began to fall out after one use, I stay for 3 days and tried 3 times, all of them has the same result. However despite these minor issues, the hotel customer service was exceptional and attentive, it is still one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Shenzhen and will strongly recommend people who travel to Shenzhen to stay at this place.

I liked the Parking, safe, quiet, breakfast, room service, Covid QR code checking, swimming pool, the property is very new and the bay view is so beautiful. I do not have anything about unlike.
