"Do the deposit refund efficiently. I don’t feel good as a customer!"

I don’t want to say too much this time.

I lived here 2 times 5 night in the passed week. First time, I checked out at 10th. Now it is 14th night. I paid deposit by my credit card, n at check out, I paid by WeChat. I asked them to refund the full amount to my credit card, until now, that is 5 days, I have not received the refund! The reason they gave me is: foreign card needs longer time. Ok, I lived 2 days again n checked out this morning, n I paid deposit by WeChat this time. I expect the refund is efficient. However, until end of the day, I didn’t receive the refund! I called them, they said need 1-3 day! Unbelievable! I lived in Xiamen for two days in the middle of the week, n at checkout, I received the refund immediately! I don’t know this hotel, why the refund is so slow! I seriously complain! N I don’t feel good at all!
